# Churn-Save Email Pack (paid customers who asked to stop)

**SKU:** `churn-save-email`
**Price:** $19 USD, paid in USDC on Base
**Format:** Decision tree + 4 emails + pause/downgrade offers + fictional thread
**Audience:** English indie/B2B with **repeat billing or a clear I'm-out message**. If you sell a one-time file with no renewal, most save emails are harassment — skip this pack's sequences.

Not legal advice. Not a dark-pattern kit. Understand the stop, offer a real alternative **once**, then honor the stop. No fake $5k win-back claims.

---

## What you get

1. A filter: reply vs honor-and-stop vs refund path.
2. Four emails: listen, one alternative, confirm stop, leftover-access.
3. Offers you may make (pause, smaller SKU, refund per your terms) and offers you must not make.
4. Fictional thread: **SiteCue** and a buyer named **Rafi** (fictional).

---

## 0. When not to send a save email

- They asked you to delete their account / never email again
- They used a legal or safety complaint
- They already got a refund
- You sell a one-time download and they are not billed again
- You are angry

If any of those are true: honor the request. One confirmation. Stop.

---

## 1. Read the stop (2 minutes)

Quote their sentence. Do not paraphrase into a friendlier pain.

**Their words:** `________________________________`
**Billing still on?** yes / no
**Your public terms say:** `________________________________`

Bucket: A product miss / B money / C done / D trust / E silence

---

## 2. Email 1 — listen (same day)

```
Subject: Stopping [SKU] — I read your note
Hi [name],
I will stop [billing / emails] as of [date]. You do not have to justify further.
If you want to say which bucket this was (didn't use / money / project ended / something broke), I will use it to fix the product. Optional.
— [you]
```

Do not attach a 6-point survey. Do not offer 40% off in this first email unless they already named money.

---

## 3. Email 2 — one alternative (only if they reply or named money/miss)

Send **once**. Wait 5 business days. If silence, go to Email 3.

Product miss: offer the 3-step first-win card only, billing stays off.
Money: pause until [month] / switch to named cheaper SKU / stay stopped. Reply 1, 2, or 3. Default 3.
Trust: name what broke, what you fixed (dated), refund per terms. Do not argue them into staying.

Do not invent a loyalty price you will resent. Do not add annual prepay pressure.

---

## 4. Email 3 — confirm stop

```
Subject: Confirmed: [SKU] stopped [date]
No further charges from me for [SKU].
Access to files already paid: [until date / keep / revoked per terms — tell the truth].
You can write if you want it later. I will not follow up.
```

---

## 5. Email 4 — leftover access (optional, transactional)

Only if they still have a login you will shut off. Export steps. No upsell.

---

## 6. Offers allowed vs not

Allowed: pause, named cheaper artifact, published refund, extra docs for no charge.
Not allowed: fake account-hacked mail; shrinking the export window to force a stay; public shaming; contacting their coworkers.

---

## 7. Fictional thread — SiteCue x Rafi

**Fictional.** Rafi emailed: Turn it off. I check status myself now. Bucket C (done). Email 1 same day, skipped Email 2, sent Email 3. Billing stopped. No 40% coupon. No $5k claim.

---

## Anti-list

- [ ] Seven we-miss-you emails
- [ ] Discount that requires a public tweet
- [ ] Ignoring delete requests
