# ShipWeek Kit — 7 days to a paying landing

Original playbook for English-speaking indie makers (US / global X). Patterns only: build in public, one-time digital SKU, one shareable feature. Independent of any boilerplate brand.

## Who this is for
A founder who can ship a small digital product this week: PDF pack, landing, checklist, or micro-tool. USDC on Base is enough for v1. No ads budget required.

## Day 1 — One pain, one price
- One sentence: "I help [who] stop [pain] in [time]."
- Price as a painkiller, not a call. First SKU: $9–$29 one-time USDC on Base.
- Skip Stripe until you have a first buyer if KYC is a blocker.
- Forbidden: copying someone else's repo, brand, or course.

## Day 2 — Landing that can close
1. Headline: outcome, not feature.
2. What they get (3 bullets, files they can use today).
3. Who it is NOT for.
4. Price + exact pay instructions (chain, token, memo).
5. Proof: your own before/after, not fake MRR.
6. FAQ: refunds, delivery after tx.

## Day 3 — The product
Ship a zip with:
- 1-page English landing copy (fill-in)
- Payment receipt template
- 7-day calendar
- First-customer tweet + LinkedIn drafts

## Day 4 — Distribution without ads
- Post the build, not the pitch: "I shipped X for Y."
- Celebrate the first customer in public (hide addresses if needed).
- Ask 5 people in your niche to roast the landing.
- List only on free boards (own Pages, own X, own LinkedIn). Skip paid directories.

## Day 5 — Shareable feature
Add one thing people screenshot: a public counter, a before/after, a "paid on Base" badge.

## Day 6 — Delivery
When a tx hits the wallet:
1. Confirm USDC on Base (wrong chain = no delivery).
2. Send the zip + a 5-line thank you.
3. Ask: "What almost stopped you from paying?"
4. Log the answer. That is your next product.

## Day 7 — Keep or kill
If 0 sales after 20 honest shares: change WHO or PAIN, not colors.
Do not start a second product until 20 real people saw this page.

## Copy-paste pay block
Send 9 USDC on Base to:
0xeC128EDD43DF3DC8a87d6A53C7506A3D6037B9c4
Memo: shipweek-kit + your email
Delivery: GitHub release or email within 24h of confirmed tx.

## What this kit is not
Not a Next.js boilerplate. Not a coding course. Not ShipFast/CodeFast. Not financial, tax, or legal advice.
